(ALFC), Kansas State Youth Soccer Association (KSYSA), The Refinery Sports, and all related officers, directors, employees, volunteers, facility owners, partners, and affiliates (collectively, “Released Parties”), I understand and agree as follows: Soccer and athletic activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, contact with other players, equipment or surfaces, weather conditions, and travel to and from events. I understand that these risks can result in injury, illness, or, in rare cases, death, and I voluntarily accept and assume all such risks on behalf of myself and/or my minor child. In consideration for being allowed to participate, I, for myself and/or my minor child, hereby release, waive, and discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, or liability of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to participation in ALFC, KSYSA, or The Refinery Sports Complex activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct as defined by applicable law. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims brought by or on behalf of the participant, family members, or any third party arising from participation in these activities. I authorize ALFC representatives to obtain emergency medical care for myself or my child if necessary, and I accept full responsibility for any related costs. I understand and agree to follow all club, league, and facility rules, including codes of conduct, and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from participation without refund.
